The qualified individuals should be used to working in highly visible roles and reporting to upper management. The seasoned individuals should have a history of working with little direction or supervision while mentoring midlevel developers. Should have experience with the following technologies: WCF, ASP.net C#, SQL, CSS, HTML, and Ajax. Skills/certifications: ASP.net/C# - 5+yrs WCF- 2 + years N-Tiered application design and development 5+yrs SQL Server 5+ yrs CSS, HTML, javascript, Ajax - 5+Yrs Unit Testing - 2+ years Mobile or Windows Development a plus for future projects Minimum Job Requirements: Attention to detail, outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication skills, ability to listen to client's need and convey technical concepts effectively. Education: A degree in computer science, engineering, or math/sciences will be preferred. In the absence of a college degree, an equivalent of five additional years of relevant experience is required.
