*Location:* New York City ,NY *Duration:* 6 Months with a high possibility of extension One of our client urgently need a Senior Web Developer with expertise in PHP, MYSQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, LAMP in NYC. Local candidates in NY/NJ & tri-state area only as the face to face in-person interview is mandatory after the phone round. *Position Description which is given below :* *Primary Job Duties:* Develop new applications for truTV Digital Branding/Marketing web sites. Work on CMS workflows & template development, modification & testing; system configuration (Interwoven Team Site, XML, Perl). Develop various application using *PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript* & other technologies. Develop new applications for truTV Digital Branding/Marketing & other departments for public web sites (*PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript*). Maintain & support existing web-based applications. Help maintain Web Farm & hosting network in a heavily loaded production environment. Manage external/internal web servers running on LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) platform. Integrate web properties with various vendor systems: web statistics service, banner ad systems, video hosting & management service, Akamai EdgeSuite, & etc. CMS workflows & template development, modification & testing; system configuration for Interwoven Team Site CMS (XML, Perl) Participate in project meetings with clients & work with other developers as well as project managers/business analysts to gather requirements. * * *Qualifications which are given below :* *3+ years* experience in the development of web based applications (*PHP, MySQL* as well as other web technologies) *5+ years* of experience in *front-end technology* with JavaScript, *DHTML, CSS, & HTML*. Ability to multitask & handle multiple simultaneous projects with challenges deadlines. Ability to understand clients' needs & cultivate partnering relationships. Outstanding analytical & problem solving skills, problem resolution & customer service. Ability to establish goals & set clear expectations.
