*Title: Genesys Developer*

*Location:* Roseland, NJ – must be onsite initially

*Duration:* 6+ months

This Sr. GVP (Genesys Voice Platform) Developer/Architect position will vary
in the scope of project responsibilities; however generally this position
will focus on:  streamlining code and access to API’s, Application
Development & Architecture (utilizing Studio.net, VXML, .NET , API’s), GVP
migration (v7.6 to 8.0), and IVR Application that will need to be
developed.  Prefer that the candidate have experience with Genesys Call
Routing, Avaya Call Center, GVP Integration and Genesys certifications.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

•             GVP migration (v7.6 to 8.0)

•             Streamline code and access to API’s

•             Application Development & Architecture

•             IVR Application that will need to be developed

•             Studio.net

•             VXML

•             .NET (API’s)



PREFERENCES:

•             Genesys Call Routing

•             Avaya Call Center

•             Genesys Certifications



CLIENT’s busiest time of the year is coming up (end of Oct - end of Jan).
They don’t deploy any new applications or technical projects during this
time, but they have deliverables that are scheduled to delivered before the
end of Oct. and deliverables that need to be prepped for delivery at the end
of the busy period at the end of Jan.  Prefer that this resource be able to
work independently and get up & running quickly without too much hand
holding.  Prefer that the resource be on-site (especially initially), but
will consider allowing the resource to work remotely, depending on the skill
level and circumstances.  Will assist in planning solution strategies for
enterprise deployments.  Will need to have strong team-oriented,
collaborative values and proven ability to work with all team members,
peers, Customers and vendors in a dynamic environment.  Excellent verbal and
written communication skills.



EDUCATIONS AND EXPERIENCE



Required Education / Experience

•             Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work
experience.
