Participates in the analysis of business processes and then develops
and/or selects, implements, and provides 7x24 support of mission
critical applications using Java and DB2. Develops understanding of
business processes being supported by assigned application(s).
Experience required performing assignments:
3 - 5 years of application development and support experience
3 - 5 years of experience delivering applications with the Java
programming language
3 - 5 years of application development and support experience using
DB2 or other relational databases
3 - 5 years of experience with JavaScript
3 - 5 years of technical analysis and design using OO concepts and
design patterns
3 - 5 years of experience with IMS Connect
3 - 5 years of experience with Java Swing
3 - 5 years of experience with JavaScript
3 - 5 years of experience with EJBs
3 - 5 years Perl Script experience
2 - 4 years of experience with IMS Connect
1 – 2 years of experience with SQLJ
Experience with Web Sphere, DB2 and JMS is a must.
Desired:
Working knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2, and IMS a plus
