*Java Portal Architect Location: Dallas, TX Duration: through 01/15/2012 * *Job Description:* - The candidate will be responsible for the architecture design, development and implementation of a Java & .Net interoperable portal using JSR 168/286 and integration with back end systems in SOA setup. - This position is on a fast moving, start-up oriented team responsible for the design, construction and integration cloud service offerings. - Our cloud services operate in the IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and Business Process Utility segments, and will evolve over time into industry aligned vertical clouds serving customers around the globe. - The candidate should have 10+ years’ experience in this area with the required skills mentioned below *Skills:* - JSR 168/286 and WSRP Portlet development experience desired especially like in Liferay or Websphere along with SOA architecture - Strong experience with Portal Technology Architecture, Design, Development and Best Practices - Hands on open messaging platforms /EAI/MQ/JMS, database platforms, web technologies such as HTML5, mobile development, jQuery, .NET, Java/JEE, XML, XSL, Web 2.0, and industry standards and trends - Strong identity federation in platform agnostic web application design experience including SAML, IAM, LDAP, AD etc. - Work collaboratively with appropriate teams and business units to translate business requirements into conceptual and physical designs. - Produce proper documentation for each solution including and not limited to the architectural infrastructure planning document (AIP) and the software architecture document (SAD). - A strong understanding of core Java and computer science principles: data-structures, algorithms, etc. - Solid OO Design and Design Pattern knowledge - Strong Programming for n-tier environments using technology such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, EJB, WS-Federation, XML, AJAX, SOAP, WS-security - Strong unit testing using JUnit - Agile Software Development Methods (XP, SCRUM, TDD, etc.) - Involve in mentoring teams on design and coding best practices, portlet design, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and reuse opportunities. *Other Skills:* *Required Qualifications:* - BS or MS in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills including strong technical documentation skills - Ability to articulate technical viewpoints to team members and clients - Must be a self-starter/self-reliant to define strategies and work collaboratively to harden/publish strategies - Ability to work independently, manages projects, take ownership of tasks and deliver high quality products and customer services - Working experience in a large complex enterprise Regards, Shankar 248-522-6879 Technology consultanst inc -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
