Location ;MN Cisco contact center architecture knowledge and experience. Develop the design for the voice/contact center space in LV. A project architect is responsible for conceptualizing and designing detailed solutions for a specific project that enables Ameriprise to meet its business objectives. He/she will provide technical leadership to ensure that business requirements are being met by the technical design and implementation. A project architect is responsible for conceptualizing and designing detailed solutions for a specific project that enables Ameriprise to meet its business objectives. He/she will provide technical leadership to ensure that business requirements are being met by the technical design and implementation. Project solution development • Identify key business and technology drivers that impact application architectures, such as end-user community requirements, existing software distribution capabilities, existing application environment (including legacy and packaged systems), and performance and availability requirements • Conduct assessments of current business and technology architectures including: • Functional assessment, (e.g. end user satisfaction, functional overlaps/gaps) • Technical assessment (e.g. platforms, tool proliferation, age of underlying technologies, uptime/availability, business processes) • Translate project requirements into detailed designs to be implemented while balancing needs for immediate action and the POA vision • Provide guidance to project teams regarding guiding principles, system and application design, coding and design standards, best practices, and system performance and availability • Design architectures which account for legacy and packaged systems. • Provide knowledge leadership in technology standards and architectural governance • Provide feedback to Technology Strategy & Architecture, Standard Owners, and Standard Owner Delegates on experience in complying with technology standards and design best practices • Design external system interface architecture, including appropriate application of techniques and standards such as service-oriented architecture, web services, etc. • Develop testing strategies to validate functional and non-functional requirements and potentially oversees test execution to validate coverage and perform causal analysis Technical Leadership • Document procedures and guidelines needed for the development, installation, and maintenance of solutions • Ensure solutions meet future business requirements and provides alignment with business capabilities • Identify and documents any risks, issues or critical success factors that might require immediate action • Maintain and promote use of appropriate design techniques and methodologies • Maintain awareness of Ameriprise development tools, programming techniques, best practices, design patterns, problem solving techniques and computing equipment • Integrate architectures and requirements within the context of the AQMS process methodology • Clearly articulates status, issues, progress and success. -- Regards, Shankar 248-522-6879 Technology consultanst inc -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
