Position Summary
• The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for the custom
development and design of Moss 2007
• They will work with SharePoint to provide technical solutions for
the client.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and support business functions
• Design portal components (Web Parts), customizing, integrating with
third party solutions, and implementing an Enterprise SharePoint
solution
• Contribute to the creation of business software specifications,
develop and enhance computer software programs, and perform business
analysis and quality assurance testing
• Design and implement program logic
• Develop programming specifications, logic flow charts, and process
diagrams
• Collaborate with business personnel to define requirements of
programming efforts
• Report progress and status of assigned tasks to project teams and
managers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience developing software for business applications
• Professional experience in website development
• Passion for and understanding of design patterns, standards and
brand guidelines•Solid grasp of MOSS 2007 design and implementation
• Understanding of the following languages: C#, XML, ASP.NET, AJAX,
CSS, WCF, WWF, HTML and SQL
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills Bachelor’s degree or
higher with a strong preference towards computer and base sciences or
mathematics
