*Oracle CATS Production Support Analyst** ** *Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 3 years Rate: $DOE/hr inclusive Oracle CATS Production Support Analyst - UNIX navigation and scheduling (cron) experience. Don’t have to be an SA but should not be a rookie navigating and should understand how to setup a cron job - Oracle DB experience. MUST know common Oracle database concepts, be able to program (not just read) PL/SQL and understand tuning concepts like explain plans, sql profiles, indexing, partitioning, and other performance concepts. - Functional knowledge of asset management. This includes the entire life cycle of an asset. - Need to know the Procure to Pay process at a high level. Requisition -> Purchase Order -> Invoice -> Project Accounting -> Fixed Assets -> General Ledger. - Good communication skills both verbally and written. Lots of documentation and communicating with peers and users. - Understand the AIM testing methodology is useful. Should know concepts like BRDs, FRDs, HRD, et al. - Good project management skills at a high level. Should be able to understand the phases from Requirements, Development, Test, Operational Entrance - Good troubleshooting experience for incident management.
