Job Description:
This position will lead the design and development of next generation
Business Intelligence and Data Analysis solutions. The ideal candidate
will possess experience in software design and development with a
focus on the integration of internal business systems across multiple
functional areas. The candidate will have extensive experience with
complex systems integration projects and demonstrated ability to
achieve deliverables on time and on budget. Systems Architects
capabilities with 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience
and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a
variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude
is expected.
This specific consultant will be required to have significant
experience in the Human Services field, specifically as it relates to
Child Welfare. Understanding of the data elements associated with
Child Welfare and the ability to do extensive data analysis, dashboard
creation, and experience with Business Intelligence tools are
required.
Skills Required:
• 5+ Yrs in PL/SQL procedures and packages
• 1+ Yrs in Experience with upgrading Business Objects Enterprise
• 3+ Yrs in Oracle; Knowledge of Oracle including stored procedures
and SQL Tuning
• 5+ Yrs in Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
• 5+ Yrs in Oracle PL/SQL unit testing
• 5+ Yrs in Oracle SQL tuning
• 5+ Yrs in SQL with Oracle 8i or higher
• 1+ Yrs in Business Objects
• 1+ Yrs in Dashboarding/Business Objects Xcelsius
• 5+ Yrs in Oracle specific and used by DBA and developers
• 5+ Yrs in SQL – DDL, DML
• 5+ Yrs in Quest's tool for Oracle Application Development
• 5+ Yrs in Experience with Oracle PL/SQL
