Hope you are doing well Please let me know If you are available for below project and reply back to me ASAP, Thanks Job title: Senior Network Engineer Location: Roseville, CA Duration: 6 Months Job Description * Installs, maintains, supports and at the most senior level, designs network related equipment and servers in an advanced network environment. * Documents systems requirements for data and *voice* network systems. * At senior level, designs and documents systems requirements. * Conducts or assists in product evaluations and research, including beta testing and analysis of network tools hardware, and software. * Is able to function independently with minimal oversight and direction. * May instruct and guide lower level technical professionals. * Ability encompasses in-depth knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures. Additional Skills/Requirements: * 7 years experience in network engineering skills at a Senior level * CCNP certification and experience supporting *Cisco* routers(7206 series), (6509)switches, and hubs * Juniper firewall experience needed (Conduct rule based actions such as updates and changes). * In-depth knowledge of WAN Protocols including but not limited to BGP, EIRGP, MPLS, frame-relay, POS, ATM. * In-depth knowledge and implementation skills of *Cisco*'s Switching and Routing * Security products VCS configuration/management necessary * Previous experience in a ticketing incident based environment * Experience in setting up systems to do Capacity Planning is essential * Strong ability to analyze, consolidate and communicate complex. Technical topics to all levels of staff (including but not limited to IT executives, business/technical managers, developers and system administrators) in verbal and written form. * Must be able to navigate through ambiguities and flexible to multi-task changing priorities. * Strong detail orientation, follow-through capabilities and escalation of key issues * Superior analytical and problem solving skills. * Strong ability to build partnerships and influence others that are not in the direct sphere of control.
