Sr. Data Analyst Duration- 6mo Contract to hire Eden Prairie, MN The Senior Data Analyst will capture the data and technical requirements ensure source system integration and reporting needs are thoroughly understood and implemented. The individual should posses the following skills: • Solid understanding of administrative and clinical concepts like claims, providers, referrals, authorizations, incurred costs, program admin, beneficiary services and satisfaction. Understanding of clinical data and concepts like visits, diagnosis, pharmacy and lab results is a plus • Understanding of business processes and IT systems of UnitedHealth Group is a plus-like Facets, Cosmos, Galaxy, NICE, PRDS, Galaxy, UGAP, Premium Designation • Previous experience in facilitating JAD/JAR sessions for large data warehouse and analytical implementation is required • Hands on experience with SQL queries and databases like SQL Server, DB2 § Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills, documentation skills are required.
