*Position: *Senior Software Engineer – Client Services

*Location:* Atlanta ,GA

*Duration: *12 Months

*Reporting To:* Lead Engineer or Project Manager

*PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES *

·         Work on multiple problems of diverse scope where refinement of
design/requirements will be necessary & is expected to drive resolution of
requirements. This involves taking requirements from multiple sources, like
customers & equipment vendors, plus planning & delivering the resultant
project tasks & deliverables on time & to budget.

·         Produce functional & design specifications & test plans in the
course of implementing solutions.

·         Take a leadership role as assigned by the PM or Lead Engineer e.g.
leading a team & taking responsibility for delivery of a sub-project or
project.

·         Leading a design activity & taking responsibility for design &
development of a module or modules.

·         Is proactive in a development team, contributes significantly to
the success of the team & able to gain the co-operation of others.

·         Is experienced in a variety of technologies, possibly focusing on
a particular expertise.

·         Continues to demonstrate an organized, systematic, disciplined &
analytical approach to designing, problem solving, coding & defect fixing.

·         Have excellent oral & written communication skills for effective
dialogue with colleagues on a project team & superiors.

·         Continues to develops an appreciation of the wider field of
technology outside his/her own specialization & has developed a good broad
understanding of computer system architecture, telecommunications
technologies, & telecommunications industry developments & trends.

·         Able to bring these new technologies into use in Openet Telecom.

·         Demonstrable analysis abilities

·         Experience leading or mentoring a number of junior developers

5-years industry experience

technical content.

·         Experience of complex design & development.

·         Used to working under pressure (How tight were the schedules?)

·         Experience of leading a small team.

·         Delivery of complex products to multiple customers
