Data Modeling/Business Analyst - HRIS experience Greensboro, NC *Overview:* This candidate should be able to serve as the lead analyst for prospecting data, data collection and creating a data dictionary. Other data skill sets should include data mapping, data modeling, data analysis and data warehousing. This person should be proficient as a business analyst and able to work with various levels of management within HR and with the functional HR business workstreams to determine long term reporting and analytical requirements along with collecting and consolidating the information on the data elements needed. *Responsibilities: * - The first priority will be to collect and analyze information on current HR/Payroll systems data elements. Longer term the historical data repositories for clients past HR/Payroll data need to be evaluated. - Initially this individual is needed to work with the business to define long term HRIS reporting and analytics requirements, to guide the functional work streams in the data collection effort and to consolidate the collected data. Once this phase is complete, this individual will work with the technology project team and the overseeing data architect to provide a recommendation on where the long term HRMS data warehouse should reside. - If an internal data warehouse is chosen then this individual may be needed as part of the team to design, develop and implement the data warehouse. *Preferred Experience:* - Qualified candidates should have 3-5+ years experience in developing data definitions, data classifications, models, data collection processes and working with a data modeling tool, such as ERWin. - 2 years experience gathering Business Requirements for Data Warehouse and/or complex project cutover/data conversions. - It is preferred that this individual have experience with Business Objects, Power Center, system development and Human Resource systems. - Knowledge of enterprise data management techniques and processes, database normalization data modeling techniques, SQL and relational database design skills, ability to read and interpret ta flow diagram and strong quantitative, data analysis/analytical skills. -- Regards, Shankar 248-522-6879 Technology consultanst inc -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
