This entails scheduling of meetings, coordination of testing and sign-off of test results for promotion to production. * Review requirements documented in the ISR and Technical Requirements documentation. * Interface with Business Requirements and Account Management teams for client test dates, production dates, and all other criteria pertaining to client implementation. * Review and analyze test files received from the client and report any discrepancies or issues with the client data utilizing the various testing tools. * Review Client Profile, Eligibility, TCS (Transmission Control System) and Eligibility Tracking to ensure they equate to the requirements specified for the client. * Perform Back-end checking process, post-production, to verify data was loaded to the member master file appropriately.
