Job Description: -
• Responsible for building, testing, training and supporting
OnBase solutions that meet and/or exceed customer s expectations based
on requirements defined by business unit owners and staying within
budgeted estimates.
• Through project teams, customers and business owners,
identify and document best practices and challenges associated with
configuring OnBase solutions to operational efficiency and excellence.
• Conducts and documents business discovery with customer
stakeholders to determine functional requirements for the
implementation of their OnBase solution. Implements customers OnBase
solutions based on the documented business discovery.
• Provides knowledge transfer to customer appointed OnBase
System Administrator and customer s business users.
• Collaborates with other OnBase professionals, transferring
expertise in delivering and supporting OnBase solutions.
• Maintain a high degree of proficiency with OnBase modules
and their appropriate application to EMC requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues impacting
deployed OnBase solutions; work collaboratively with other OnBase
professionals to resolve issues.
• Complete all mandatory certification requirements (AIM ECM
Practitioner, CDIA+, Certified OnBase Installer, MCTS SQL Server 2005,
OnBase Proficienty Exams, additional OnBase certifications as
required)
• Follow all procedures relevant to responsibilities and
properly escalate inconsistencies found in procedures to manager.
