All candidates need to be able to pass a background check, drug test Please provide resume, rate, availability, visa status, contact info, the candidate’s date of birth (without year), last four digits of SSN GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include low to high complexity BOBJ report development, Business Objects security, administration, knowledge of universe development, performance tuning. *SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* 3-5 years experience in the following: - Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously- key must have - BOBJ Report and Universe development for Versions 5.14 through XiR3 - Adhoc and standard report development using BOBJ - Broadcast agent for batch reporting - nice to have - Performance test of reports - Follow guidelines and development process including unit testing - Work in a team development environment - - Ability to deliver on complex universes and advanced reports - Business Objects security and administration using Supervisor is a plus - Expertise in using aggregate aware, index aware, cascaded prompts, and complex calculations in BOBJ designer - Willingness to uncover and understand Cardinal-specific data and make recommendations to internal customers for greater use/efficiency - Teradata experience is a plus- nice to have - Oracle SQL background with tuning experience is a plus- nice to have - Xcelsius (or other dashboarding) and Crystal report development experience is a plus- nice to have Requires good communication skills both oral and written forms Should be comfortable in both business and technical settings/situations *3-5 must have skills: * 1)Experience with Business Objects and complex Universes 2)Independent thinker/self-starter 3)Communication skills and ability to talk to both internal customers and technical teams Resumes to be reviewed and interviews requested within 3-5 days of receiving qualified candidates. *Additional Details: * Developer position; not a Lead. However, the developer needs to be a self-starter who can work independently. Primarily use Webi for report generation. It is 100% report development.
