- This position works directly with business units/subject matter
expert (SME) to translate user requirements into system
specifications. Analyze, design, develop and maintain applications.
- Manage workload and resources by planning, organizing and delegating
to meet deadlines.
- Prepare test plans and develop an understanding of technical and
business processes.
- Must have excellent communication (oral / written), problem solving
and decision making skills.
- Must be customer service oriented and a team player
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in MIS or Computer Science, 5+ years E-
Business solutions, IBM or Java certifications preferred. Proficient
in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook)
Required Skills:
- Automated Unit Testing, Design Patterns, EJB, HTML, J2EE/JEE, Java,
Javascript, JSP, JDBC, RDMS/SQL, Version Control, Web Services, XML,
XSLT – DB/2, JUnit, Websphere
Desired Skills:
- Agile Methodology, BPM, CICS Web Services, JCL, SOA, LDAP
