COLDFUSION DEVELOPER/LEAD** * *Location: Red Bank, NJ * *Duration: 6 - 12 Months * *Rate: $45-48/Hr MAX * * Work Summary: * The candidate filling this ColdFusion/Web-Application Developer position will be responsible for working with Development Managers and Architects in the high level systems design/ architecture and full-scale development of software applications. * Responsibilities: * The ideal candidate will be responsible for: * Serve as a high-level technical expert in the development, coding, testing and debugging for the application and system integration * Provide tactical input to the management team to identify and scope the applicable opportunities and identify risks and constraints. Provide input and recommendations on how to mitigate risks. * With management and architect guidance, lead the design efforts of integrated technology solutions to meet business needs * Perform primary technical research on how to best meet the technical project requirements. Identify existing solutions; leverage and complete partial solutions; invent where necessary and practical. * Provide early proof of concept modeling and support management efforts in adoption of solutions * Produce various lifecycle deliverables, from conceptual to tactical models as well as other required documentation artifacts * Assist in all development, validation and delivery aspects of the software development lifecycle including* design, code, test, debug, integration, quality assurance review, and production of appropriate documentation. * Perform comprehensive preliminary testing and produce all entrance criteria documentation required to promote products under development to Software Test (SQA). * Understand latest application architecture, technology, solutions, and industry trends. * Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on technical/architectural solutions and assist in solving technical and other problems in the course of software development * May lead a small team of developers in designing and developing sub-systems and components within the application. * Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Experience: The person must demonstrate strong knowledge and experience with the responsibilities outlined above.
