Strong in WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) . Strong in SQL Server 2005/2008 . Automated Unit testing is a must . Messaging Queuing services is required. Experience with any of MSMQ, Active MQ or Tibco EMS. . MVC (Model View Controller) is a plus . 3rd party address validation software is a plus . Cyber-Source software is a plus .
