Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum of (8) years of experience in the programming, and
design of large-scale IBM mainframe based systems using DB2, SPUFI,
QMF, MVS, JCL, Cobol, CICS, Hourglass, Transcentury, Finalist, Stream
weaver, Advance Function Printing, BMSGT, XPEDITER, EASYTRIEVE, FILE-
AID, BMC Utilities, Connect Direct, ZEKE, SYSTEMWARE, ENDEVOR, CA
Interest.
• Considerable familiarity with structured system development
methodologies and programming languages.
• Experience in business process analysis, writing detailed
program specifications, coding, debugging, Project tracking,
implementation planning and Interface testing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience with emergency disaster food stamp distribution
• Experience in a state government environment with EBT/
Foodstamp Programs
• Knowledge of EXCEL and WORD
• Knowledge of QA Track Record and NIKU Workbench project
management tool
• Knowledge of FSIS, EBTIS, Natural Disaster and other State
Governments systems
