Hope you are doing well Please let me know if you are available for below project and reply back to me ASAP, thanks Job title: Senior Network Voice Engineer Location: Roseville, CA or New Jersey Duration: 6 Months Job Description Need someone that has experience with Cisco Voice infrastructure, but also heavy on the networking side of the house and this person will be based in our Roseville, CA office. This person will be handle 50% voice and 50% networking, must be a CCVP or CCIE R&S with Voice certification. Experience with Cisco CCX (IPCC Express), Unified Call Manager, and Unity (Unity Connection) is a must. The following is a job description for this position: · Perform voice system administration, such as daily maintenance of Cisco IP PBXs, Media Servers, Gateways, and phones. · Administration of voice mail, programming and troubleshooting problems that arise regarding telephony systems. · Provide problem diagnosis and troubleshooting for voice communications; including complex call center configurations and equipment installations. · Provide help desk problem resolution assistance and perform related work as required. · Perform Moves/​Adds/​Changes on telephony systems and programming on various voice, call accounting, and other periphery telephony systems. · Oversee telephony systems performance and security. · Research/assess available telephony technologies in relation to the enterprises current and future needs. · Make recommendations for upgrading, acquiring, implementation of new systems and services to enhance overall telephony environment · Assists with project planning and implementation of new office · Provide end user training support on the effective use of telephony systems. · Prepare documentation supporting network requirements, connectivity, implementation, and testing. · Manage the Fax Servers infrastructure · Install, configure and maintain network services and equipment such as Firewall, load balancer, router and switches (Brocade and Cisco) * * *Thanks & Regards* Abdul Ghani *TekisHub Consulting Services* 40 Warren St, Charlestown MA 02129 (D) 617 398 3605 | (0) 617 886 5188 |(F) 617 830 0525 [email protected] | http://www.tekishub.com* * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
