Internal Description: Upgrade the current Customer Information System (CIS) to Oracle's Customer Care & Billing System (CC&B), and implement Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) and the Product Integration Package (PIP). Oracle is the project integrator. Integrations with other production systems are required: Enterprise Asset Management System (Infor EAM); Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP); Itron Meter Reading; and ESRI Geographic Information System (GIS). Administrative project management will be performed by the County staff. The requested resouce will augment the Project Manager with subject matter expertise in implementing the Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Mobile Workforce Management (WMW) and PIP applications. The project management skills for this position are essential so that the role can recommend impacts, constraints, and considerations for the project schedule of any options / choices recommended by the integrator.
