The ideal resource would have a strong technical background related to system architecture . Strong communication and leadership skills . Significant expertise with the HP Automated Testing Tools: LoadRunner / Performance Center and Quick Test Professional (QTP). . Expert in performance testing methodologies, including conducting a performance risk assessment, developing repeatable test scripts using appropriate test data, baselining / benchmarking performance, designing test scenarios to mimic various load conditions, and leading a team of technical resources through the iterative process of testing and tuning. . Strong understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle and Project Management methodologies. . Independently documents and presents test strategies / plans to project and business leaders. . Experience leading multiple resources on projects. . Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills with IT and Business audiences. . Excels at working in a project environment and on cross-functional teams. . Experience in retail and stores / POS apps is preferred. .
