** *POS: Business Intelligence Lead Developer* * LOC: Ft. Lauderdale, FL Duration: 6+ Months ** ** BASIC FUNCTION: The Lead Developer is responsible for working with members of the architecture, software engineering and product management to design and implement the Data Mart solution for the Trellis platform. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: • We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven technology leader, who has strong technical skills. You should have demonstrated expertise in software development including designing, coding, and debugging applications in various software languages. You should also be proficient with software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis. In addition, you should demonstrate: QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science or related field. • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise software development and coordinating project teams of 4 or more members • 5+ years with hands-on experience as team lead, developer or architect for BI/DW system • Fluent in English. Other languages a plus. • Candidate must have extensive experience with database designs and Object Relational Mapping systems • Candidate must have experience with Software Product Line architectures • Solid cross-group collaboration skills and have a history of working with internal and external partners on business and technical issues. • Experience with developing analytic applications, dashboards, reports, scorecards • Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities • Proven verbal and written communication skills • Candidate must be a team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to communicate design rationale and influence others to move toward consensus. • Knowledge of Common Data Model Repository (CDMR) and Domain modeling • Technical expertise in distributed system architecture, design and development. • Broad and deep data warehousing and data integration experience • Strong conceptual and analytical skills: SQL, problem solving, performance tuning, test case analysis. • Solid understanding of data modeling and design considerations for analytical systems. • Full life cycle experience in data integration, data warehousing, and master data management.
