*Responsibilities:* · Strong Negotiating skills · Consistently proven results of sourcing and delivering candidates with Information Technology IT skills · Source Healthcare experienced candidates, PMP Certified candidates. · Consistently sources and delivers candidates with difficult/critical Information Technology IT skill sets Sources, contacts, interviews, prepares resumes and checks references for interested, qualified candidates by following recruiting policies and procedures · Understands the full life-cycle recruiting methodology in a consulting environment · Facilitates the hiring of qualified candidates by working closely with Account Managers and by following corporate hiring policies and procedures to meet recruiting objectives. · Ensures that all recruiting is conducted within legal parameters Interacts with all candidates and responds to all issues through the on-boarding process Drives the recruiting quality improvement process · Promotes and maintains a positive image of the company · Experience cold calling and utilizing traditional \"head hunting\" techniques to include passive recruiting, networking, and build candidate funnels.
