Description: Develop a Call Center Scorecard for Key Performance Indicators with roll up reports using MDX, SSAS, SSRS and SSIS. This project will be managed with iterations having many functional releases. Required Skills:* • Abiltiy to develop system specifications according to technical requirements, create builds and unit test. • Experience prototyping system proof of concepts. • Experience performing data extracts / data loading •Strong SQL skills to support development of complex data transformations from source data to output data. •Experience designing and implementing data quality checks. •Experience transforming relational data into star schema. •Experience designing dimensions in SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). •Experience Implementing slowly-changing dimensions in SSAS. •Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). •Experience building modular SSIS-based systems with coherent, minimally-coupled SSIS packages, with error-handling, logging, and notifications. •Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). •Experience developing effective MDX queries based on attribute relationships. •Experience with designing, loading and modifying cubes using MDX. •Experience with MDX functions and syntax and the ability to build complex datasets for delivery to user interface and create stored procedures. •Ability to express data transformation requirements in terms of concepts such as sum, ratio, proportion, and average. •Follows industry and security coding standards. •Experience with test-driven development. •Experience developed systems that write data into cubes from a user interface. •Experience with transforming functional requirements into a system design. •Experience in writing functional and technical requirements documents, system analysis and design documents and test plans. •Strong analytical and problem solving skills. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain and document the technical deliverables to diverse audiences (technical, business, etc). •Highly self-directed and able to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent and competing challenges, issues, ambiguities, and contradictions. •Demonstrated team player with results oriented track record. Preferred Skills:* •Experience using ADOMD or ADOMD.NET. •Familiar with multiple options for retrieving data from cube to user interface. Ability to compare the use of ADOMD/ADOMD.NET to alternatives. •Familiar with ASP or ASP.NET. •Familiar with data flow diagrams. •Experience with iterative/incremental, agile software development. •Familiar with call-center concepts like average handle time and call quality metrics. •Experience with developing scorecards. Education/Certifications:* Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
