Title: Data Analyst /Business Analyst with ETL experience Location: NYC, NY Duration: 18+ Months Position: 1 Rate: $DOE Job Description The Data Analyst /Business Analyst with ETL experience will act as a single point of contact in Asia for all trade feeder systems inquiries as well as defining ETL specifications for enrichment, transformation and normalization of data. Tasks Include: . Participate in meetings with managers and subject matter experts to define and gather requirements and overall objectives . Understand, identify appropriate systems and processes to ensure development and on boarding of data feeds are in line with business requirements. Must be able to understand nuances in trade and reference data feeds from a multitude of asset classes including equities, fixed income, listed and OTC derivatives. . Create Feed specs , Data Analysis documentation, and ETL specs Qualifications Experience desired: - Experience with trade data from multiple asset classes such as equities, fixed income, listed and OTC derivatives, commodities, Fx. - Experience in Investment Banking or financial services Operations - Experience with reference data such as security, account, and customer data. - Experience working with large and disparate sets/types of data. - Experience building/maintaining data warehouses. - Strong knowledge of SQL. - Experience with Informatica (3+). - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
