Title: People soft tester Location: Roanoke, VA
Duration: 5 months Rate: Max $40/ Hr on C2C. Project Details: Advance Auto Parts Corporate Systems Department (HR, Real Estate, Finance, Legal) is migrating from PeopleSoft GL 8.9 to AR9.1. These resources will conduct systems and integration testing. Responsibilities: - Review Functional Design documents and come up with Test Cases for PeopleSoft AR modules - Review of test cases with Test Lead, business and functional teams. - Write Test scripts for the test cases and load them into Test Director - Execution of Test scripts in System Test environments - Raise/Log Defects with screen shots and reproduce steps, work with Development team in resolving defects - Escalated and follow up issues that impact test execution progress - Communicate status to Team leads during Test Design and Execution phase - Responsible for coordinating as well as executing regression test scripts. - Meet daily/weekly goals in conjunction with Test Coordinator - Identifies the right issues to be communicated, the appropriate audience, vehicle, and time - Interacts effectively at all levels within and across the teams. Skill Set: - Prior Knowledge on Testing in PeopleSoft AR module - As complete knowledge of Testing process and concepts from prior experience. - Strong background in SQL - Should be worked on tight time-lines to meet the deadlines - Developed test scenarios, test conditions and expected results, test cases, and test data for PeopleSoft AR or similar modules. - Has prior experience with Testing Tools – Test Director – creating Test cases, scripting & Logging defects. - Minimum 3-4 years experience in software quality testing. - Should able to work/complete deliverables with minimum guidance. *Thanks & Regards.......* ______________________________________________________ *Feroz khan*,,, *[image: canoesys logo.png]**Canoesys Inc* !! 3315 Algonquin Road Suite # 102 Rolling Meadows, IL 60008 !!
