The purpose of this engagement is to assist our client in the completion of
the Global Design underlying this program and the Detailed Design for
Release 1.
Core Finance Objectives: The Core Finance workstream will design the future
state Core Finance processes and finalize business requirements which
support and enable the objectives as follows:
• Streamline, standardize, and optimize Core Finance processes that
leverage technology industry leading practices
• Design leveraging standard Oracle R12 and Hyperion Financial Management
("HFM") functionality
• Identify and obtain agreement across client stakeholders on Core Finance
policy changes resulting from the future state processes design
• Define requirements around process controls and segregation of duties
Core GL Lead Skill Set Required - Responsible for coordinating all Oracle
related activities around the General Ledger design. This includes
functional designs, fit / gap analysis, software demonstrations, and POC /
CRP preparation. Will lead detailed process design and workshops related to
JE processing, intercompany balancing, account reconciliations, and
variance analysis. Post workshops they will drive Proof of Concept
activities and CRP preparation and execution.
