*Intrinsic is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to
assist Citigroup’s IT Compliance and Controls Program in its multi-year
program to manage internal and external Information Security Assessments,
track issues, develop and monitor Corrective Action Plans, and
enhance/develop the systems and processes supporting IT Compliance and
Controls. Qualified candidates will likely have at least 7 - 10 + years of
experience, preferably at least in part on Risk Management projects within
Financial Services.*

*Program Description: Catalyst is a firm wide Risk and Control Self
Assessment (RCSA) tool. This Enterprise Risk Management application
provides a globally consistent RCSA platform which improves the
reliability, efficiency and consistency of the RCSA process across
Citigroup. Catalyst is the only RCSA data capture and reporting solution
replacing a large number of legacy tools and spreadsheets used in the
various Operations and IT areas across Citigroup. It provides support to
single sign-on and data access control, and aggregation of information by
defining One Citi Hierarchies aligned to Sector, Product-Function,
Geography and Test Units. The functionality includes Operational Risk Mgmt
as per BASEL II*

*This role in particular is primarily to manage the various Corrective
Action Plans that result from the Risk and Control Self Assessments, which
requires proactive issue tracking and resolution, communicating with
stakeholders across the Company, and status reporting to Program
Management, as well as strong knowledge of the Systems Development
Lifecycle and the MS Office Suite (e.g., MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel,
MS Project).*

* Business Analyst (Risk Management and Information Security) *

*                This position is responsible for performing the duties of
Business Analyst for Compliance and Control products within Operations &
Technology Risk Management. The primary responsibility is business
requirements gathering, analysis and documentation for technology platforms
supporting IT Risk and Compliance/Control. This position will be
interacting with broad spectrum of team members including business
stakeholders, business analysts, architects, application developers, and
Software Validation team - both on-site and offshore. *

*The business analyst will insure that requirements received from business
stakeholders for development of new products/modules or enhancements to
existing products are properly analyzed, documented and communicated to our
technology partners.*

*A minimum of five years of financial industry experience of working in
information security and operations risk management with understanding of
operational risk identification, measurement and reporting; process,
policies and standards.*

**

*Work in cross-functional teams to perform data collection and migration to
support various product development and deployment activities.*

**

*Have Strong knowledge of SDLC methodology*

**

*Support product team in preparation of project dashboards, data templates,
Excel spreadsheets, and macro and custom reports.*

**

*The candidate must have experience using formal process modeling,
interpreting, or using complex logical data and object models.*

**

*Must have Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills;
strong customer focus; and ability to work independently with minimum
supervision.*

*Provide oversight, support and guidance to offshore testing team to ensure
that the application is developed as per approved requirements.*
