(Change Manager, Connected Store) Duration: 1 Year Location: Minneapolis, MN We need a Change Manager for our Connected Store 2.0 Design project. Connected Store 2.0 Design - Evolve our existing Connected Store model including environmental design, visual merchandising, and multi-channel customer experience while maximizing our long term operational initiatives through an enhanced retail store ops model. Our store's footprint will transform into a more holistic design with pronounced aesthetic changes. Key benefits included: - Move towards integrated, multi-channel shopping experience - Environmental, digital and graphic design alignment - Flexible front of store services - Defined seasonal spaces - New end cap strategy, elimination of end cap wraps - Warehouse clarification, ISPU needs, up store locations and requirements (Black Belt Project) Description of Responsibilities: Develop overall program approach for Change Management. • Drive Stakeholder identification and engagement for Connected Store 2.0 Design. • Develop Leadership and Business Readiness approach and deliverables. • Work closely with Program Leads on Leadership activities, alignment, and engagement for key stakeholder groups (Corporate and Retail). • Act as Change Management coach/advisor for Capability Teams and provide coaching on Change Journey. • Assist capabilities with the delivery and execution of Training and Communication work plans. • Identify change/behavior needs among impacted groups.
