Responsibilities:
• Participate as a leader in the design, implementation, and ongoing
improvement of an enterprise level application including practices
covering:
o Technical specification
o Development
o Testing and QA
o Defect tracking
o Code and architecture documentation
o Version management
o Product build and deployment
• Develop product increments including:
o Write technical specifications for software upgrades
o Write well-structured and performance-optimized code
o Create and maintain up to date code documentation
o Create testing/QA plans and work with QA team to ensure adequate
testing of code prior to elevation to production
• Participate in the design and maintenance of the product
architecture
• Manage and mentor junior developers in development methodologies and
coding languages, perform code reviews
• Deliver well-documented and reliable software modules on time
Experience, Skills & Education
• 8+ years experience in Web Development with expertise in .NET
framework
• Expert skills with WCF
• SQL Server 2005/2008
• TFS
• Expertise in data exchange methods using XML.
• Understanding of SDLC best practices backed by work experience –
Agile experience required
• Strong verbal and written communications skills required
