Location: Nashville, TN Due 12/5 End date 10/31/2012 *JOB DESCRIPTION* *Programmer Analyst III* The contractor will be required to create the process and required applications that will allow a regular exchange of data and GIS information between the Division of Water Pollution Control and the Department of Interior's Office of Surface Mining. The data involved with this project relates to OSM's mining permits and WPC permits associated with the run-off from these operations. *JOB REQUIREMENTS* Need 5 years of experience · Experience must include coordinating with other architectural and technical infrastructure staffs for providing input into technical decisions affecting specific projects. · Experience must include use of current application architecture design and development concepts, methodologies, and tools resulting in quality, stable, and maintainable computer software. · Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. · Experience preparing required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. · Troubleshoots and enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. · Candidates must possess experience and training in the following areas: ESRI software to include Arc Map, Arc Server; Python tool used with geo-database installations; SDE, ESRI geo-databases; knowledge of the techniques needed to move data between geo-databases. · Knowledge of Oracle SQL Server databases; Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and Oracle Application Server; and .NET architectural frameworks; .NET programming languages; XML; and Python scripting. · Optional but desired - Oracle Application Express development and design for design and development of web applications and reports. -- Regards, Shankar 248-522-6879 Technology consultanst inc -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
