Java Portal Architect / Sr. Web Developer: ACS is seeking a motivated Portal Architect/Sr Web Developer *who will design* and implement elegant user interfaces which will bring to life the presentation of data. As architect and *hands-on* you will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment as you develop rich user interfaces for enterprise web applications using Portals, Content Management & Web 2.0 technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, significant experience developing front-end web-based applications and a high level of proficiency in Java/JEE technologies and frameworks. Skills: *7+ yrs experience using web technologies like GWT, JSF, serverfaces, portletfaces, AJAX, YahooUI, Tomcat etc. * Expertise in JSR 168/286 *Portlet via Liferay, IBM or BEA frameworks*, including basic lifecycle serving Ajax data from the portlet. * Solid experience with Spring MVC, JSP, JSTL * Solid experience in HTML5, XHTML, jQuery, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSF, DOM, JSON * Web technologies, protocols, and tools * Rich Internet Applications (RIA) frameworks such as Vaadin or Flex. * Experience with content management systems * Extensive experience with cross browser issues * Java - j2ee design patterns and its use * Hibernate - How to retrieve data from database using Hibernate * Business process management (BPM) and/or mobile web experience is a plus Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, Masters preferre*d* Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
