The BI/EDW Solution Architect provides operational, tactical and strategic direction and oversight for development and support of the Gap's Data Warehouse and BI capabilities. Primary strategic technologies leveraged include: Teradata, Data-Stage ETL, Micro-Strategy, and Hyperion Essbase. Legacy technologies still within the environment include Cognos and Crystal as well. Responsible for the solution design, build and delivery of the next generation Business Intelligence solutions for GAP Inc.: Old Navy, The Gap, Banana Republic, Outlet. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in Enterprise Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence or Advanced Analytics Practices. - 10+ years of experience in technical/development process, information systems analysis and technical consulting, at least 7 of those in Data Warehousing/ BI. - Must have experience on multiple Hardware and Software Environments and be comfortable with complex heterogeneous systems environments.
