Position: Project Manager with solid Lotus Notes Location: Harbor side, NJ Duration: 12 month Rate: Market *Required Skills:* • Min. 10 years of experience, prefer over 15 years • PMO experience required (Run Lotus Note Migration project preferred),PMP preferred, but not required • Experience with Financial Service institutions is a must (culture and client expectations); capital markets institutions. • Ability to work very independently • Responsibilities: will actively track risks and issues, on multiple lists; co-ordinate and manage towards resolution • Will track action items; minute meetings and distribute documents to right parties • Will prepare materials for weekly project status meetings, including program dashboards • Will prepare semi-weekly Steering Committee updates • Maturity to escalate items requiring attention as needed • Able to formulate and describe concerns and items requiring further review • Flexibility to adapt to different situations and demands • Prefer experience with applications development, and or retirement environment • Knowledge of SharePoint and how to use it for PMO/ sharing of documents • Coordinate meetings, items and issues with DB, and an off-shore vendor • Co-operative attitude required, as well as dependability • Attention to detail and ability to identify relevance • Ability to work early mornings (meetings start at 7am) required Project Description and Scope : LNAR will continue to focus on removing the note applications from the existing Lotus Notes platform in 2012.
