*ONLY LOCALS REQUIRED: * ** *POS: Oracle DBA * * LOC: North Jersey, NJ(Locals Preferred) Duration: 3-6 Months ** ** Required Skills and Experience: · 5+ years of Oracle DBA experience; 3+ year of HP-UX environment, Microsoft SQL Server and UNIX shell scripting experience. · Must have strong experience with Oracle database management 9i, 10g on UNIX and Windows; performance tuning; backup and recovery; patch automation; UNIX shell scripting; proficiency with automation of system deployment/provisioning. · Must also be strong with time management, ability to learn as well as work independently and documentation skills. · Good communication skills and the ability to work well on a team. · Have experience providing timely updates of project plans and status reports. · Bachelor Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent work experience as well as Oracle database certification. · 5+ years of Oracle database administration experience; · 3+ year of HP-UX environment, Microsoft SQL Server and UNIX shell scripting experience. · Must have strong experience with Oracle database management 9i, 10g on UNIX and Windows; performance tuning; backup and recovery; patch automation; UNIX shell scripting; proficiency with automation of system deployment/provisioning.
