Grammar and English language proficiency have been a challenge with candidates in these areas, especially ITIM. Another big challenge – this is a full time, on-site position in Thousand Oaks, CA, which is a painful commute from LA. Really, we are looking for candidates to relocate to the Thousand Oaks unless they are very close. Need someone with a track record of cradle to grave implementations of ITIM in fortune 100 companies and work experience integrating with and supporting Sun LDAP.
