The candidate will work closely with treasury risk, business finance, treasury finance * ** *and transfer pricing teams to gather requirements, model / implement risk management solutions and provide support to implemented businesses. The candidate will work with technical teams to * ** *support projects & infrastructure. Required Skills: Proven expertise in understanding risk and business planning models and successfully implementing them in balance sheet management software. Should have a good understanding of Treasury, Finance, Liquidity Should understand Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Loans, Derivatives, Deposits, Securities etc… Extensive experience in financial analysis and forecasting including modeling and reporting. Ability to write equations to model cash flows and interest rate behaviors according to business requirements. Strong documentation skills: Preparing business requirements specifications, design documents and flow diagrams. Solid understanding of SDLC methodology - Agile methodology experience. Microsoft Excel experience Experience in resolving time sensitive production issues in a high pressure environment. Strong people management skills, leadership qualities, quick learning curve, superior analytical skills, good strategy formulation capabilities and effective communication skills. Good team player capable of seeking out and securing co-operation from varied groups to resolve issues in a timely manner is a must.
