Desired qualifications:
8-10 years of Java programming experience
Experience designing Java client-server solutions
Experience designing UI solutions in Java
Knowledge of web technologies and approaches to deploy applications on the web
Experience designing and deploying JAVA application on the web; servlet,
portlet,
Experience of integrating Java applications with security , ActiveDirectory ,
LDAP
Commanding knowledge of XML, XSL, DOM and SOAP
Knowledge of JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere app server technologies
Knowledge of SQL, JDBC
Ability to lead a small team of skilled developers
Ability to take on the task and work independently
