Skills: . Integration, SOA and CEP based integration solution implementation for at least 6 years . Experience in implementing complex solution on TIBCO products (Business Events 4.x, BusinessWorks 5.x and EMS 6.x) and Java EE . Strong communication skills Responsibilities: . Deliver detailed design document for TIBCO BE, BW and EMS based solution per architecture specifications . Document best practices and guidelines for design, development and deployment of CEP and ESB solution . Lead development team from technical perspective . Install and setup TIBCO BE/BW/EMS platform to perform platform validation test . Design and build proof-of-concept . Build templates and reference code for development team to follow .
