We have an immediate need for a Senior Network Engineer, who can contribute
to the design of network solutions for large campus environments migrating
from an existing Layer 2 network comprised of Cisco 6509 switches to a
Layer 3 routed network utilizing Cisco Nexus equipment at the core. Must be
able to demonstrate good project and time management skills.
Responsibilities will include providing input to the finalized design,
testing and validation of the design, implementation, and final network
documentation including configurations using Visio and related
documentation tools.
Validation and implementation process will take a total of 14 weeks. There
is an additional 6 month period for follow-on support, documentation,
knowledge transfer, and hand-off to the customer.
