Business Objects Application Support. Individuals will work with Business Intelligence technologies (i.e. Business Objects, Xcelsius, InfoXDM, SAS, SPSS) to provide right-time, right-cost, and right-quality Business Intelligence applications to meet customers' needs. This person will take on many roles within the BO environment at Spectrum. Responsibilities will be to help with best practices at a high level, develop universes within Business Objects and know how to run reports. This resource will also be an SME for the user community answering questions and any training required. They will also focus on requests and enhancements from the end users. This resource will also be working with other ETL developers to help provide technology solutions. *Additional Job Info: * Currently Spectrum is looking to hire 2 BO resources for perm roles so if candidates can and are willing to go direct this is a plus. Top 3 Skills (stack ranked) : Exp with Business Objects, Experience with Universes, Exp providing BO Support To end users. Business Challenge Client is Tasked with Solving : Spectrum's business challenge is how To capture AND use historical AND current patient data To improve overall patient healthcare. Data such as health history of individuals AND clinical trends will allow them To focus more on preventative health care. Who is the Internal/External Customer? (i.e., end-user or end-client) : The customer in this case are internal clinicians such as Doctors, Nurses, Nurse managers AND hospital executives. Impact to the Internal/External Customer? (i.e., how does the end-users job become easier?) : These BO Developers will be creating data dashboards within the Data Warehouse which will allow these clinicians To pick certain parameters of data that they may want To View regarding patients AND get a "Snap Shot".
