** *POS: QA TEST LEAD* * LOC: FT. LAUDERDALE, FL ** DURATION: LONG TERM REQUIRED: SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN IN A LEAD FOR AT LEAST THE LAST 4-5 YEARS. The Test Lead must be capable of solving complex project problems, and communicating concepts to audiences with mixed levels of technical & business abilities. The candidate must be recognized by his/her peers as an acknowledged “expert” in the area of testing. The candidate must have the ability to make sound decisions and to communicate the effect of those decisions to a broad audience. ** Qualifications: ** The Test Lead must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills. The individual must be flexible, dependable, capable of multi-tasking, and quickly learning complex concepts. The individual must be expert in the area of testing with an understanding of test tools and how those apply to the overall testing process.
