*Position: Java Developer* Duration: 1+Years Location: Franklin, TN Rate: DOE - 7-10 years as senior Java developer with skills using the Struts framework, JSP and JavaScript for the Web Tier, while using Oracle for the data tier. - Degree Required - Exposure to front, middle and back end processing while implementing industry design patterns. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills necessary to lead a Java development team of 3 - 5 consultants (onshore/offshore model) and interface with other engineers, architects and analysts. - Industry knowledge of healthcare contract and modeling services would be most helpful. - Extensive experience working in a lean/agile development environment. - Extensive experience in setting up a continuous integration environment - Extensive experience in TDD / Unit test creation - Requires a strong track record in developing java web applications and console application using J2EE design patterns and Web Application Frameworks specifically using Struts. - Strong track record in working in Lean/Agile development environments - PL/Sql in Oracle would be a plus - Oracle TopLink would be a plus * If you need any more information, please feel free to call.
