Location -: Lowes NC
Rates -: 50-55/hr on c2c
Details -: · Lead a team of Testers and Test Engineers
· Test planning, estimation and monitoring
· Ensure effective implementation of processes and own all testing
deliverables
· Provide specific testing process, tools and environment related
suggestions to various project teams
· Interface between Test team and Business/ Development teams
· Participate in Requirements Review sessions
· Track and manage testing progress and communicate testing status to all
stakeholders
· Assign and manage work load to Testers and Test Engineers
· Provide technical guidance/ mentoring to Testers and Test Engineers
· Plan and track metrics
· Identify and manage testing risks, issues and changes within the
projects and develop necessary contingency plans
· Coordinate with the onsite/ offshore counterpart
