This person should definitely have a Computer Science / Engineering background . They should essentially be a Jr. Level developer and should know what Version Control is They use Selenium – Normally when you use QTP then you have to use VBscript. When you use SELENIUM you can use Perl, VB.net, whatever. SELENIUM IS VERY IMPORTANT This person should definitely be able to DEFECT TRACKING TOOL? Bugzilla?
