Job Title: SAN/Storage Administrator
Duration: 6 months
Work location: Sunnyvale, CA
Rate: $55/hr c2c basis
Job Description: Manage SAN and NAS solutions globally Manage backups and the
overall execution of retention policies Analyze performance issues and storage
usage patterns Maintain adequate capacity of all storage and backup solutions
Ensure the ongoing maintenance of storage devices is maintained for maximum
resource availability Manage backup and recovery strategy Install, patch and
upgrade Ontap versions for all production storage systems Work with Level 2
storage team and provide guidance to them. Review the overall environment and
inform management of new technologies and best practices to improve system
performance and availability Capacity planning, provisioning and load
management Ensuring accurate documentation. Ensuring SOX compliance NCDA
certification is required, NCSA is preferred
