Job Description:
Designs, develops, and implements web-based Java applications to
support business requirements. Follows approved life cycle
methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding
and testing. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research,
and investigation. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty
and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a
particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan
and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of
creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor
or manager.
Skills Required:
3+ Yrs in JDK 1.6
3+ Yrs in Maven
2+ Yrs in Subversion 1.6.6
2+ Yrs in WAS 7
5+ Yrs in Web and client-server application development
experience, including requirements gathering, design,
8+ Yrs in Documenting Application requirements
8+ Yrs in In-Depth Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle
Deliverables for each Phase of Development
8+ Yrs in Use case development
8+ Yrs in Requirements analysis, gathering, validation
8+ Yrs in Testing Methods/Techniques Including Creation and
Execution of Unit, System and User Acceptance Plan
