Fridley, Minnesota.
Job Title Siebel Techno-functional lead
Relevant Experience (Yrs) Minimum 6 years
Technical/Functional Skills Siebel Configuration/EAI/EIM, Should have good
experience working with Siebel Tools. Siebel Functional knowledge, preferably
in Siebel eAutomotive, with Warranty experience. Should have Manufacturing
Domain experience. Should have end-to-end experience of implementing Siebel,
including requirements analysis, design, development, validation and
deployment. Should also have customer (middle management) handling experience.
Total Experience Required Minimum 8 years
Roles & Responsibilities The one person contact for handling the Functional
and Technical requirements of the Business Unit (BU). Will need to ensure that the
Solution Design caters to the specific requirements of the BU. Should participate
in design sessions and be able to explain the design process to the business
leaders. Should represent the implementation team in discussions with the BU team.
Should prepare and submit progress reports to the Implementation Team leadership.
Generic Managerial Skills Managing the customer, participating in
business discussions with the customer, guide the development team on technical
aspects, communicate project related details to the customer, when required.
Education Minimum B.E./B.Tech. (Siebel Certification would be preferred)
